Wash, Dry and Press
We offer a complete wash, dry and press service at Rue-Du-Savon for your own chalet linen.
We focus on our clients and their needs and due to our size we can check each piece during the cleaning and pressing process making sure we don’t skip over staines and rips. We offer a week turn around on our laundry, but we can always discuss this if your needs are different. Simply drop your linen at our laundrette in Laundry or call and we can pick it up.

The Cleaning & Care Process
Care when cleaning
Care is taken at every stage to wash the linen in the best possible way. After we check each of your items for stains and rips they are loaded into the machines and washed on a
minimum 60 degrees to ensure all bacteria is killed.
We use OXYPRO cleaning and softener plus specific stain removers, depending on what we are removing, to ensure a high quality wash and to help with the longevity of the linen.
Once the wash is complete the items are dried and pressed in our machines.
Finally all items are hand folded enabling us to make that final check that all stains are removed, before bagging up and delivering your linen.

Linen Rental
Why not consider renting your linen from us, leave the stress of buying, replacing and cleaning your own linen to us. When you rent from Rue-Du-Savon you will have exactly what you require each week so if you have only filled 10 beds, of your 15 bed chalet, you can order just 10 sets.
Pick up and drop off of linen is organised per client depending on where you are based and when you need the linen.
Towels
The Aurora is the first of its kind. They take excess production cotton and restore the fibre to its original state. The incredible result is a product with the look, feel and strength of the towels you use every day with no pesticides, fertilizers, land use or wasted water. All this at no extra cost to you or the environment.
So as well as providing your guests with a soft and sumptuous towel, Aurora is also kind to the environment.
Duvet Covers
White duvet covers with satin stripe for single sheets, satin grey stripe for doubles to help differentiate and help with time.
All our duvet covers are open ended so no plastic buttons.
Sheets
We use flat sheets for the bottom, as there are so many different sizes, with non standard size beds in chalets, that this is the best option for all.

RFID Tagging for Rental Linen
Each item will have a specially design RFID tag, suitable for washing and extreme temperatures, sewn into the hem or label (own linen or our rental linen). The laundry tag supports bulk reading and makes the washing process simpler and more transparent. At the same time, by tracking the number of wash cycles, users can estimate the service life of the currently used linen.
Simple Invoicing
This system will help support the location of linen, and identify any problems with the linen if damaged or needs repairing. The RFID tagging system links directly to our accounts and invoicing programmes allowing us to invoice you weekly or monthly, whichever you prefer.
